
Monday is mostly the laziest day to go for work. Lazy mood will be interrupted while you start work on Monday. Most of you are taking the advantages on weekend to get more sleep. Maybe busy on weekday at office feel you taking more sleep and rilex on weekend.
However taking more sleep in weekend will bring lazy on Monday Blues. Research by Professor Leon Lack from Adelaide’s Flinder University, sleeping extra 2 hours on your weekend will delay your body clock 45 minutes. You may feel tired.
Below is some tips that may help you to beat of oversleep on weekend.
1) Get eight hours sleep each night even in weekend
2) Set a time limit for your sleep. Get to go be earlier from Friday night and weekend days. Keep your sleep still on the limit. Please wake up as normal not later than an hour of weekdays rise time.
3) Even you wake up late, but must still an hour of rise time. Get out into the sun. Bright light will help to reset the body clock. Try avoid to continue sleeping after that. Make a good activities with your family of your friends. Take a short excercise or doing some sports activities will help you to avoid continue of sleeping after rising time.
