Most of parent are really like provide a cup of coffee at early in the morning. Maybe it is the simple drink for their kids breakfast. It not only a coffee, the soft drink also have a lot contain of caffeine. Soft drink like soda is the most drink that kids are like. Am i right? As you know that caffeine is not at good nutrition for our body. Much caffeine in your body will effect to your health. It’s a same to the kids also. Some of us are not aware the dangerous drink too much of caffeine.
