Everybody know that health is very important part in our life. Maybe we are rich and have a lot of money but if we always not feeling well or bad health condition, that not value in our life.  Keep healthier everyday is the most thing that we must take care of it. To keep healthier is no need to  invest with a lot of money. Just keep do the simple thing everyday.

First, do some excercise twice a week. Its not must running always, go to gym, or anything hard excercise job. Just walking for 15-30 minutes its enoughs to keep your body warm and have an energy always. Maintain your excercise every week . Another example of simple excercise is swin. take a short time to swimming on your local swimming pool. It good if you can make it 10-20 minutes everyday.

Second, doing a little bit of stract before go to bed. Stracthing before going to sleep is help to loose a muscle and tendons and also make our body is flexible while sleeping.  Futhermore, it help you get  good and a quality sleep as well.

Third, always take a drink of plain water. It’s recommended take 8 glass of plain water everyday. Why? Water will help to flush out the toxin inside of our body.  Make it as your daily habit. It’s really good for your health. Here the simple ways to keep you healthier everyday. Maybe is hard to start on.  Believe me, try start and maintain for a few week. You must feel different and attract you to continue. I challenge you.
